Carnegie Friends is open to anyone who would like to support the Carnegie. By becoming a friend you will get the most out of your visit and your contribution will be used to help make the Carnegie a thriving venue for all ages and develop strong community and educational links across West Cumbria.

Carnegie Friends is independent to the Carnegie Theatre Trust (Workington) and run separately by willing volunteers.

Our Aim

Our main aim is to help and support the Carnegie by donating the bulk of the money we receive from membership fees, donations and from fund-raising activities. Over the years our contributions have gone towards supporting a number of projects within the Carnegie including investing in new equipment and materials.
