Have you ever wanted to perform to an arena size audience? Have you a talent that could be shared? Are you looking to channel your creativity whilst staying a home?

We are launching Carnegie @ Yam to do just that. To give local people the opportunity to perform for our 8000 followers (and their friends if they share) we are asking musicians, actors, poets, singers, comedians, writers and speakers to submit their performances to us for us to share to our audiences online throughout this lockdown. You don’t need to be a professional – just keen to share your talent. You could just like messing about in front of the camera telling jokes, singing your favourite tunes or dancing with your family. We want a whole range of examples of Cumbrian creativity!

From this we hope to showcase the brilliance of the West Cumbria community and we hope to be able to reward the best with opportunities to perform or share their work live at the Carnegie when this lockdown is over.

To submit your performance send your video to our Facebook inbox.
