Mandy Lawson-Jackson

Initially I started with the Trust as a Consultant in January 2015 to support the transfer of the Carnegie from Allerdale Borough Council to a Charitable Trust. After a few months I decided to stay and joined the board.

My day job is a chartered HR professional with over 25 years experience in manufacturing.   It seemed only natural for me to take the lead on all things HR at the Carnegie too.

My passion for the Carnegie was fostered from a very young age going to see the local amateur dramatic productions and then later participating in the annual musical festival for a number of years.  I have continued to be a patron of the Carnegie with my love of live music and musical theatre
