Business Plan

Emerging from the COVID-19 pandemic and having undertaken a thorough strategic review of the Carnegie Theatre Trust during 2021 the Trust have pleasure in presenting our 2022 – 2025 Business Plan. The plan builds on the foundations the Trust put in place pre-pandemic however there are a number of emerging risks which the Trust are alert to as described in the Business Plan.
